Scott is an accomplished and highly regarded Project & Construction Manager in the construction industry with an impressive track record spanning over 30 years, responsible for the management of $273M in construction projects. 

After completing his Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship in 1997, Scott obtained a Construction 4 Certificate in 2003 and a National Diploma of Building in 2006. Additionally, Scott has completed an Advanced Diploma of Building in 2021, Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, a Diploma in Project Management, and Certificates II and III in Surface Extraction. Furthermore, Scott holds an open Builders License and Senior First Aid qualification.

Throughout his successful trade career, Scott has progressively elevated his skills, acquired extensive training, and developed expertise necessary for hands-on management of medium to large scale construction projects. 

Scott has a broad project scope through experience gained working on various projects such as Residential Developments, Commercial Warehouses, Showrooms, Basements with 2-3 storeys, Multi-Storey Unit Complexes up to 5-6 storeys, and Residential Towers up to 7-9 storeys. He has also handled Energex and local infrastructure-related challenges.

Scott is responsible for all construction project management requirements from Pre-DA Buildability Review, Design Process Management, and Pre-Planning through to the Full Suite of requirements associated with the successful management and completion of D&C projects. 

Scott has built a reputation for successfully completing challenging assignments with no lost time injuries and with unwavering commitment to enduring value and high-quality standards. 

One of Scott’s notable project work is the 2-storey basement over the Clem Jones M7 Tunnel in Brisbane. With his unparalleled problem-solving, organisational and management skills, Scott ensures that construction projects are delivered on deadlines, within budget and while maintaining a priority on safety.
