Pratham is a diligent rising star Graduate Project Engineer in construction industry with meticulous attention to detail, and responsibility in engineering, estimation and site role by liaising with multiple trade subcontractor to achieve the proposed architecture and structure.

Pratham obtained Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2018 from Government College of Engineering Pune, India – where he published a paper on “Bendable Concrete” in International Conference (ICCMS), IIT Hyderabad. In January 2023, Pratham completed dual master’s degree from Bond University, Gold Coast, specialising in Construction Practice & Project Management inclusive of Engineering, Estimation, Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying.

Pratham gained valuable experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale commercial projects in India. He appreciates the rush that comes with every new challenge and takes great pride in his work while consistently aiming for high-quality results.

Pratham’s key expertise include reviewing the project parameters, initiating appropriate actions throughout the project life cycle, stakeholder interactions to interpret requirements, and preparing cost estimates at various stages of design including budgeting for take-off and costing.

Furthermore, Pratham has vast experience in tender bid submissions including estimating proposals and preparing the scope of works for tendering process. Pratham aspires to shape projects based on his knowledge and experience. He is passionate about quantity surveying, estimation, technical engineering possibilities and soccer.
