Caroline is a diligent and versatile professional Executive to the Board at SAVANNA Construction Pty Ltd, where she holds a pivotal role in supporting CEO – Andy Mamasioulas and managing administrative tasks for the board. Her responsibilities include high level coordination of all business activities and acting as a liaison between executives and employees.

In addition to her role as an Executive, Caroline also serves as the Advisor of Human Resources at SAVANNA Construction, showcasing her expertise in managing and developing the company’s human capital. She has taken on the crucial role of being the company ‘RUOK’ ambassador, demonstrating her commitment to promoting employee well-being and mental health within the organisation.

Prior to joining SAVANNA Construction, Caroline joined construction industry as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Riverwall Constructions and Riverwall Restorations Pty Ltd in Sydney, Australia. Before transitioning into executive support role, Caroline gained valuable experience in the financial sector. She worked as a Consumer Lending Specialist at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where she facilitated loan applications and collaborated with management to execute loan application strategies. Subsequently, she served as a Wealth Management Advisor at Colonial First State in Sydney, where she managed investments, provided financial advice to clients, and facilitated the sale of various financial products and services.

Caroline’s educational journey has been marked by academic excellence. She graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the Australian Catholic University, excelling in linguistics and phonetics. She then pursued her interest in finance and accounting by obtaining a Bachelor of International Business with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Sydney.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Caroline enjoys an active lifestyle, engaging in activities such as coastal walks and pilates to maintain her physical well-being. She is an avid reader and appreciates the knowledge gained through podcasts. Additionally, she finds fulfilment in traveling and exploring new places.
