Her impressive journey encompasses early age community and business leadership appointments, a Business and Marketing Degree from Griffith University and eight years of high-end multi-brand operations management. After becoming the youngest General Manager at DFS Galleria, Azra was promoted to the role of General Manager for iconic Customhouse LVMH, DFS Group Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, managing a luxury retail space with over 100 employees and over 55,000 square meters of retail space across four levels, showcasing over 200 world-renowned luxury brands.

Azra’s authentic, and servant leadership style, combined with her diligence and commitment to the ultimate stakeholder experience and top-tier PR execution, paved the way for the successful completion of many remarkable projects. These accomplishments earned Azra accolades and recognition as an exceptional leader, coach, mentor, and a respected and influential community figure. Working along side with a luminary and prominent property industry leader, Mario Evangelo, Azra is instrumental in strategic management and shaping innovative cutting-edge projects that redefine the property industry landscape. Her appointment to Panthera and then sister company, SAVANNA Construction, in 2023, as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the SAVANNA Construction Board and Head of Public Relations and Marketing, reflects her dynamic impact and role in two influential organisations led by a veteran industry great.
